Training & Assessment (4 units from TAA40104)

On successful completion of this training program, learners will have acquired the skills and knowledge to enable them to train and assess in a workplace. This is not the full Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. It is the minimum qualification needed to train and assess on site. This nationally recognised training program provides participants with the units of competency required to achieve a Statement of Attainment in partial completion of TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment:

• TAADEL402A Facilitate Group-based Learning
  This unit specifies the competency required to facilitate learning by individuals within a group.
